After the 9/11 terrorist attacks, terrorism hasn’t been as active as it was in the United States. But continues to strive overseas. The PATRIOT ACT enhances our government agencies to better utilize strategies, tools, and tactics for the defense of the United States. These tools, however, will only work if our government agencies know how to utilize them well, especially overseas.
