3. Minerals- Minerals are vital for the body to remain healthy. The body uses minerals for many dissimilar works, including keeping your bones, muscles, heart, and brain working properly. Minerals are also imperative for making enzymes and hormones. There are two categories of minerals: macrominerals and trace minerals.
4. Vitamins- Vitamins and minerals are considered essential nutrients because they perform hundreds of body roles. They help shore up bones, heal wounds, and boost the immune system. They also transform food into energy and mend cellular damage.
5. Fibers- Dietary fiber upsurges the weight and size of the stool and unstiffens it. A massive stool is easier to pass, lessening your chance of constipation. If you have loose, watery stools, fiber may provide relief to solidify the stool because it grips water and adds bulk to stool. It also helps maintain bowel health.
