The components of Howthrone Study were:
• Well lit workspace : There is all day lighting, which makes it look and feed good and energetic all the time

The main ideas behind the study is there are minor factors which might seem unimportant but can directly impact the productivity. In one of my previous organizations desks or meeting rooms were not well kept, so after every meeting, then next group which came for meeting used to first crib about the dirt and shoddiness of the work atmoshpere, so a lot of the positive energy is lost at the beginning and hence low productivity. So, clean and bright workspace leads to better productivity.
