Write an essay of 1,250-1,500 words that thoroughly explores the idea that Justice is blind. Address the following in your paper:
Research a minimum of three examples of historical punishments carried out in your state. Provide a brief overview of the crimes and the punishments carried out. Your three examples should involve people of diverse ethnic backgrounds who have been convicted of crimes. For example, a white male, a Hispanic male, and an African American male.
Compare each punishment and determine if the punishments were just or unjust.
Do you believe that minorities are unfairly profiled, arrested, and prosecuted and left unprotected by the Justice system?
