Similarities of UN Charter and U.S Constitution are:
Justice – Both promotes justice because, without justice, people will not respect institutions mandated to provide justice search as a court (Fassbender, B., 2009). Justice, therefore, is essential to all and it is, therefore, core in all generations.
Welfare – The UN Charter promotes social welfare and the Unconstitutional promotes general welfare which all aims at ensuring the welfare of people are well taken care of so that people live a life that is better and good to all.
Freedom – Both value the freedom of individuals. There are freedoms that citizens are supposed to enjoy without any limitations long as they do not misuse it. For example, freedom of speech among other freedoms is highly promoted.
Peace – They all emphasize peace so that people remain in calm and live with each other without having any problem but live together as good neighbors. Friendly neighbors live as brothers and sisters and help one another while in a position to do so.
