Spiritual wellness in an organization is essential in promoting the overall well being because the definition of health in the spiritual, emotional, physical and psychological well-being and not merely the absence of disease. Some of the ways to embrace spiritual wellness include:
Promoting diversity programs in the organization that is inclusive of all cultures and religions. This means that the staff are allowed to participate in their religious practices while at work by allocating them time and space. The staff employees from diverse cultures and religions should feel free to explore their spiritual growth at work (Frick, 2017)
