2.4.Tracking the Status of a job
When an order is created and assigned, the Customer can track progress through the solution preview section. However, there are 4 main order statuses on our platform which are
a) Orders in Bidding- refers to orders created by the client and are waiting writers' proposals
b) Orders in Progress- refers to an order that a customer has selected a suitable writer and reserved money for it
c) Finished Orders- refers to an order that a customer approved and releases money.
d) Cancelled Orders – refers to a cancelled order
3. WRITER'S ACCOUNT
3.1.ACCOUNT: Registration and Acceptance
You must create an account to access our Company via the Website and participate in our writing services. Before creating an account, the Company provides some portions visible to the visitors. The Company also reserves the right to decline the creation of a new account for any lawful reason, including the cost of maintaining data, supply, and demand.
By creating an account on this Website or accepting the terms and conditions when requested by the Website, you agree to strictly follow these terms or any other related documents on this Website.
This Website offers you a platform for business purposes, not for consumer, household, or personal use. To gain access to this Website or create an account, you must represent that;

3.5.ACCOUNT: Prohibition on Account use by Third Parties

3.6.ACCOUNT: Usernames and Passwords

Do not share this with any third parties who are not authorized to access your Account since you are responsible for safeguarding your details. If you suspect or are unauthorized use of your Account, notify us as soon as possible. You, therefore, agree not to use the Account or log in with another person's username and password to the Website. 5. WRITERS' DUTIES
You accept to write essays, and academic papers, make reports, carry out research, and also review literature and speeches with discipline according to terms and conditions and the Client's requirements. From time to time, you shall check your email, orders page, and news section of the Website's admin page. This is to keep you updated on the orders coming through.
Kindly be aware that we do not tackle multiple-choice tests and complete online assignments. Whether the tests are online or physical, we believe passing tests is a student's responsibility, just as taking exams ourselves.
We also stick to social and moral principles where we do not write some papers with some debatable topics. Examples of such are; abortions and gay marriages.
If you come across these topics by any chance, do not apply for/complete such orders, but you can contact the support team to check and cancel the Order.
6. REQUIREMENTS FOR PAPERS
Each Paper must follow the following requirements:
·Papers should be free of grammar, punctuation, stylistic, semantic, and syntactic errors. Any mistakes and misspellings should be corrected;
·Content should be 100% original;
·There should be logical transitions between the paragraphs, and arguments in each paragraph should be clearly expressed;
·Paper content should comply with the given topic and address all the points mentioned in the instructions;
·Paper structure should correspond to the type of Paper chosen by the Customer or mentioned in the guidelines;
·Pictures, graphs, tables, diagrams, and other charts should be appropriately cited.

Revisions are done if at all the Client is not happy/satisfied with the quality of work present. This must be approved before they can ask for the revision. A deadline has to be set to complete the given Order. The Client has the right to request for a revision before releasing the funds to the Writer. After payments, the Client has no right to request for a revision.
Any revision presented to the Writer must be available to revise it within a specified duration. If the Writer cannot revise the Paper within the set time, the Order gets canceled, and a heavy penalty is applied to the Writer.
8.HOW OUR PAYMENT SYSTEM WORKS
Step 1:Your payment report is available on your tab Financial Overview at all times. If something is wrong, you can write a message to the Payment Admin, who will fix it.
Step 2:During the payment period press the "Add Funds Request" button (1-3th and 15-18th of every month). If you want to skip receiving payment for a period, do not press "Add Funds Request". The amount will accumulate.
Step 3:After you press the "Add Funds Request" button, the sum of your payment will appear in the following "Request History", marked as a new request. We can see your request instantly. All orders that appear in your reportafteryou have pressed the "Add Funds Request" button go to "Unrequested Transactions".
Step 4:After receiving a payment request from you, we proceed with the payment within 5 days.
Step 5:After monies are transferred, your transaction appears in the following field, "Request History." You can see all your previous transactions in "Request History."

You agree to bear all and any costs related to the transfer of payments from the Company to you, including fees or commissions charged by banks and transfer agents.
You may choose the following options to receive any payments from the bank:
·Prepaid Debit MasterCard®, Powered by Payoneer: To get to our system, you must register at Payoneer.com through your homepage.
After you receive the card, your funds are credited directly to your card;
To complete payments, we need the following details:
(i) Name of recipient
(ii) Bank Account or IBAN No.
(iv) Beneficiary Address
Attention!Please be careful and precise with your SWIFT code, Account Name, and Account Number.
The Company cannot be held responsible for insufficient or incorrect bank details provided to us. In case of an error, you bear any commissions and bank fees charged for the recall of transfer and changes in payment details. Your ID may be provided to a bank at its request.
· If a writer terminates working with our Company, it is the Writer's responsibility to request and receive the money left on their balance;
·If you decide to quit or receive a message about the Account closure, you can request your payment during three consecutive payments. Upon expiry of this period, the Account will be disabled, and you won't be able to log in;
· In case a writer fails to request the remaining money from their balance during two payment periods after the last payment has been released, the Writer's Account is automatically closed;
·the Writer must notify the Payment Department of the date they plan to request in advance.
9. CALCULATING PAYMENT TO WRITERS
For each submitted Paper, the amount you get paid is based on the following parameters;
· Complexity of the Paper;
· Number of pages;
· Amounts withheld as penalties;
· Closeness to the set deadline;
· Your bid per page;
Some other factors can affect the price per page. This happens when various components defined by the Customer come into place; for instance, a math paper of one page might differ in price from a literature paper of one page.
If you establish a high level of performance in your work, you earn an additional bonus. The bonus is affected based on the following factors;
·The number of completed orders and should be on finished status;
·Average Customer Mark;
·On-time Delivery Percent;
·Request Rate (meaning the percentage of orders clients requested you as the Writer for all your finished Orders).
The bonus may vary in percentage and will be added to your Account on the payment day. Bonuses will not be issued to you if you violate any rules on terms and conditions, thus leading to us terminating our cooperation.
The best Writer selected will also get an additional bonus to their monthly payment. They will be chosen based on the following aspects; on-time delivery, client ratings, and several finished orders. The Writer will access new orders from new clients under these categories;
· Completed orders
· Cancelled orders (not more than three canceled orders by the Client with unsatisfactory reasons)
9.2.PENALTIES AND FINES
Penalties and fines are the deductions made by the Company from payments made due to the writers' faults. Below we have cases under which fines are applied:
Plagiarism: If at all a paper contains materials or Information identical to the source, without being properly cited and well-referenced, then the Paper is considered plagiarized. Funds are deducted from the Writer's balance and issued with a fine.
The first instance of plagiarism: the penalty amount ranges from 100% of the Writer's bid to 100% of the Customer's price for the Order. The Writer is also issued an official warning.
The second instance of plagiarism: the penalty amount ranges from 100% of the Writer's bid to 100% of the Customer's price for the Order. The Writer is suspended for two weeks.
The third instance of plagiarism: we shall cease our contractual relations with the Writer hereunder, and the Writer's engagement with the Company shall be immediately terminated without any compensation or refunds due to the Writer whatsoever, and the Writer's Account shall be closed and shut down.
If the plagiarism percentage exceeds 50-60% similarity, the Writer may be fired after the second or even the first instance.
Kindly note that false referencesare considered plagiarism.
Any case of plagiarism is considered a serious offense and a violation of our rules and principles of academic writing. This may lead to the closure of one's Account without any discussions. The Quality Assurance Department may also decide to cease the Company's relations with the Writer and instantly terminate their engagement with them with no compensation.
Late delivery of the Paper: Whenever the Writer or late submission does not meet a deadline, penalties applied to the Writer may vary from 100% of the Writer's bid to 100% of the Client's price for the Order. This applies irrespective of whether the Order is canceled or not. The Company may also decide to increase the number of penalties for late delivery of the Paper at its discretion, depending on the scale of damage.
Suspicious activity in the in-built chat box: Any suspicious activity in the chat box violates our rules. These violations may lead to suspension for two weeks with no pay or termination of your work.
Violation of Confidentiality Policy: It is highly forbidden to provide your personal Information or ask for them (i.e., contacts, payment, log-in details, etc).
If any client provides personal Information to the Writer, then the Writer should inform the Client about confidentiality policy violations and request him to delete that Information. Failure to do this may lead to a penalty.
The first instance of violation: the Writer shall be penalized.
The second instance of violation: the Writer shall be penalized and given an official warning.
The third instance of violation: we shall cease our contractual relations with the Writer hereunder, and the Writer's engagement with the Company shall be immediately terminated without any compensation or refunds due to the Writer whatsoever, and the Writer's Account shall be closed and shut down.
Irrelevant use of the text tab: Whenever the Writer uses the text tab for advertising his skills or writing anything rather than a preview or an actual order, the Writer is then penalized.
No revision is made: Whenever the Writer makes no revision of the Paper upon the Customer's request, irrespectively to whether this results in the cancellation of the Order or not, a penalty in the amount of 50-100% of the Writer's bid is applied.
No preview upon the Customer's request: Whenever the Writer fails to provide an introduction upon the Customer's request, the Writer is penalized $10.
Deadline agreed upon in chat: Whenever the Writer promises to complete the Paper ahead of the deadline but then fails to do so, irrespectively to whether this results in cancellation of the Order or not, the Writer is penalized 50% of the Writer's bid.
Usage of the previous papers as previews: The Writer is penalized whenever the Writer provides his previous Paper as a preview. The penalties may also be applied in other cases determined by the Quality Assurance Department at its sole discretion, undermining our reputation and doubting the Writer's professionalism.
The Writer agrees that the penalties shall be applied in the cases defined by these terms and conditions and in other cases defined by the Quality Assurance Department. The penalties made under the terms and conditions are compensatory measures for damages and losses the Company and the Client have suffered. These penalties are made under applicable genuine pre-estimates of loss suffered by both parties.
10. TRANSFER OF COPYRIGHT
Upon submitting a paper to the Website, you now transfer the Paper's copyright ownership to the Company. This includes the exclusive rights to use, modify, edit, adapt, publish, reproduce, translate, distribute and sell the Paper in all forms and media without limiting territory and timeframes.
The Company will use your Paper anonymously and will not identify you as the author if you cannot transfer the moral rights under applicable law. By posting the Paper to the Website, you guarantee us that the Paper is your original work, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration by any third party.
11. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
The Writer acknowledges the Company's proprietary interest in securing confidential Information. During the entire term of these terms and conditions, the Writer accepts the following:
· To use the confidential Information to fulfill the obligations provided.
· Not to disclose this Information to any third parties without prior written authorization by the Company;
These terms and conditions shall be governed and constructed by the laws of England and Wales. These TOS shall be governed by and construed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in the London Court of International Arbitration ("LCIA") under the LCIA Rules, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The language and the law of the arbitration shall be English. The venue of arbitration shall be London.
Suppose any part of these terms and conditions is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable. In that case, that part shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
14. OPT-OUT FROM TOS
You can anytime terminate the agreement expressed in these terms and conditions by deleting your Account in case any unfulfilled orders are absent. Also, in case of the deletion of personal data request, due to the objective impossibility of further cooperation without the required Information, your Account will be deleted, and the agreement expressed in these TOS will be considered terminated.
Without limiting Company's other rights or remedies, we may, but are not obligated to, temporarily or indefinitely revoke access to the Website, deny your registration, or permanently revoke your access to the Account to you if we suspect or become aware that you have provided false or misleading Information to us; we believe, in our sole discretion, that your actions may involve illicit or illegal activity.
Terms of agreement between you and the Company, including our entire agreement, how the agreement will be interpreted and applied, are located in section 25 and are as shown below.
This Agreement, together with the other Terms of Service, sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and the Company relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof, and cancels and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous discussions, agreements, representations, warranties, and other communications, written or oral, between you and us to the extent they relate in any way to the subject matter hereof and thereof. The section headers in terms of Service are given for convenience only and have no legal significance. Even though the Company created the Terms of Service, you indicate that you had adequate time to examine and determine whether to accept the Terms of Service. Suppose there is ambiguity, a question of purpose, or an interpretation of the terms. In that case, there shall be no presumption or burden of evidence favoring or disfavoring you or the Company due to the authorship of any part of the Terms of Service.
Unless a written instrument is signed by a duly authorized company representative or posted by the Company, no modifications or amendments to the terms and conditions will be binding upon the Company. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or any other individual does not waive our right to act with respect to similar breaches. We do not guarantee we will take action against all breaches of this Agreement.
Without the Company's prior written consent in the form of a written instrument signed by a duly authorized company representative, a writer may not assign the terms and conditions or any of its rights or obligations. Any attempted assignment or transfer violating this subsection will be null and void. The Company may freely assign this Agreement and the other terms of Service without the Writer's consent.
If any provision of this agreement or other terms is held illegal or invalid under applicable law, such provision will be ineffective as to the jurisdiction in which it is illegal; hence it will be modified to conform to applicable law to give maximum effect to the intent of the parties.
The invalidity of such provision will not affect the legality, enforceability, and validity of other provisions in the jurisdiction.
The parties t0 this agreement will not be responsible for the failure to undertake or any delay in performance of any obligation for a reasonable period due to internet failures, wars, riots, floods, fire, acts of government, labor disturbances, strikes, rebellions, accidents, blockades, government regulations, and requirements, or restrictions imposed by the law or similar conditions beyond the reasonable control of such party.
15.6.PREVAILING LANGUAGE AND LOCATION
In all respects, the English language version of the Terms of Service will precede any conflicts with translated versions, if there are any.
15.7.CONSENT TO USE ELECTRONIC RECORDS
You may be entitled to receive certain records from the Company, such as notices, contacts, and communications, in writing in connection with the website terms and conditions. You permit us to provide these records to you electronically instead of in paper form to facilitate your use of the Website.
